    2025年笔记本电脑CPU天梯图,笔记本电脑CPU排行,是按照CPU的跑分进行排序,进行综合性能对比。可以一定程度上反应CPU的性能优劣,方便进行笔记本电脑CPU对比。2025年笔记本电脑的处理器,Intel更新到了酷睿Ultra2代,AMD更新到锐龙AI 300处理器。Intel篇Intel酷睿Ultra2代处理器,分为HX系列、H系列、V系列、U系列。HX系列主要是用在游戏本上,高性能,高功耗,低续航。H、V、U搭载在轻薄本上。酷睿Ultra2代H系列酷睿Ultra2代的H-SKU分为酷睿Ultra 200H和酷睿 200H。酷睿 200H系列处理器,不带Ultra,是Intel酷睿13代H系列的马甲,比如酷睿5 220H实际就是i5-13500H处理器,核心架构都是一样的,只是频率有一点区别,可以忽略不计,不推荐买酷睿 200H系列处理器的轻薄本。酷睿Ultra 200H系列处理器才是正统更新换代的处理器,酷睿Ultra2代处理器主要是Ultra5-225H、Ultra7-255H、Ultra9-285H三款型号。酷睿Ultra处理器选择Ultra5-225H就可以了,性价比不错,可以满足绝大多数的使用需求,基础体验上和U7、U9没有什么区别。对于Ultra7-255H和Ultra9-285H处理器,核心规格是一样的,都是6大核+8小核+2低功耗小核,总共16核16线程,U9处理器睿频频率高了0.3GHz。如果价格差不多的情况下,选择Ultra9-285H,价格相差较多,就选择Ultra7-255H。酷睿Ultra2代V系列酷睿 200V系列处理器具备高续航、核显性能强的特点,续航快追上MacBook,但是由于成本比较高,卖的都比较贵,价格最低都是6000起步了,而且多核性能比较弱,最高是8核8线程。同时未来几年,Intel估计不会再更新这个系列,如果对续航与核显性能要求较高,日常办公使用,可以考虑Ultra5-228V处理器。酷睿Ultra2代U系列这个系列就是垃圾处理器,低性能,续航还一般,不用考虑。酷睿Ultra2代HX系列酷睿2代HX系列处理器的上一代是Intel酷睿14代HX系列,2025年游戏本依旧是新老处理器混用,对于玩大型3A游戏来说,现在处理器性能基本过剩,所以处理器对游戏帧数表现影响不大,主要还是取决于显卡。对于玩网游或者创作设计等,处理器会有所明显区别。大部分游戏本会用这些N-1处理器,来降低成本,降低游戏本的售价,对使用体验影响又不会有太大区别,提升整体性价比。Intel酷睿14代的HX系列处理器,比如i7-14650HX,性价比就不错,8大核+8小核架构,总共16核24线程,睿频可达5.2GHz。酷睿Ultra2代HX系列处理器型号一般有Ultra9-285HX、Ultra9-275HX,Ultra7-255HX。酷睿Ultra2代HX系列处理器能效提升明显,比如70W的Ultra9-275HX多核性能就和上代140W的i9-14900HX差不多。Ultra9-275HX相比i9-14900HX多核性能提升30%左右,单核性能提升4%左右,Ultra9-275HX多核性能和AMD的AI MAX+ 395差不多,有来有回,单核性能强10%左右,单核性能还是Intel的传统优势。AMD篇AMD锐龙AI 300处理器AMD推出了全新的AI处理器系列,采用了全新的命名方式,主打一个突出AI,采用“AMD锐龙AI”+“1位系列数字”+“2位字母”+“三位型号数字”的形式,突出了AI在处理器中的作用,并简化了用户辨认处理器的方法。AMD锐龙AI 300系列采用全新的Zen5架构,处理器是同架构大小核,比如锐龙AI 9HX 370,顶级旗舰,拥有12核心24线程(包括4个Zen5核心+8个Zen5c核心),二级缓存每核心1MB,总容量为12MB,三级缓存为24MB,基准频率2.0GHz,最高主频5.1GHz。 锐龙AI 300系列处理器核显采用RDNA3.5架构,对比前代架构,增加了核心单元数量,图形性能有部分提升。可以低画质60帧左右玩玩吃鸡、古墓丽影、原神等大型游戏。比如锐龙AI 9HX 370,CU单元数量从12个增至16个,命名为“Radeon 890M”。 其中锐龙AI 9 365的GPU部分精简为12个CU单元,改名为“Radeon 880M”,但核显性能与锐龙AI 9HX 370相差不大。锐龙AI 300系列处理器的NPU算力较上代提升3倍,例如锐龙AI 9HX 370和锐龙AI 9 365的NPU算力都达到了50 TOPS。AMD在上代的锐龙8000系处理器里头还新增了R7-8745H型号,采用Zen4架构,8核16线程,最大加速频率是4.9GHz,配备24MB高速缓存,核显是Radeon 780M。R7-8745H这款处理器是R7-8845H的降频版,最大频率降低0.2GHz,性能区别不大,不过砍掉了NPU,价格降低,性价比更高了。AMD 锐龙 200处理器AMD锐龙 200系列处理器,但依旧是采用旧Zen4架构,是马甲处理器,比如常见的R7 H 260型号,其实就是R7-8845H马甲,8核16线程,睿频5.1GHz,核显是Radeon 780M,这款处理器型号CPU性能与核显性能表现不错,只要价格合适,性价比还是挺高的。R7 H 255是R7-8745H处理器马甲,相比R7-8845H核心线程数一样,频率降低了0.2GHz,砍掉了NPU(主要用于AI方面),CPU性能区别不大,价格合适,性价比也OK。AMD的HX系列处理器对于AMD的HX结尾处理器,性能释放强劲,搭载在游戏本上,最高16核32线程,最高加速频率可达5.4GHz,采用最新的Zen4架构,由于游戏本都有独显,所以处理器核显是Radeon 610M,规格是2CU,核显性能弱一些,影响不大。AMD游戏本处理器推荐选择R9-8945HX、R9-7940HX、R9-7945HX,这三处理器只是频率相差0.2GHz,在100W功耗以内,R9-7940HX性能表现比R9-7945HX好一些,超过100W之后,R9-7945HX好一些。最新Zen5架构的R9-9955HX处理器,也是16核32线程,频率最高可达5.4GHz,核显是Radeon 610M,规格是2CU。一、笔记本电脑CPU天梯图移动版CPU绿色桌面版CPU蓝色新品/预估橙色来源:极速空间二、2025轻薄本处理器Intel和AMD怎么选?对轻薄本的核显性能与续航要求较高选择AMD或者最新的酷睿Ultra处理器,比如Ultra5-225H、Ultra5-228 V、R7 H 260、R7 H 255、R7-7840H、R7-8845H等处理器,都可以低画质60帧左右玩玩大型游戏。AMD的Radeon 780M和Intel锐炫Xe核显性能可超过独显MX550,可以低画质稳定60帧流畅玩吃鸡、古墓丽影、原神等大型游戏。使用PS图像设计、Pr视频剪辑、编程写代码、跑大量数据等,选择Intel处理器。Intel酷睿Ultra2代处理器单核性能比AMD锐龙强,同时Intel核显在视频剪辑的时候,支持编解码加速,视频剪辑速度相比AMD有优势,快一点。2.1 高性价比的轻薄本推荐联想小新Pro14锐龙版(国补价3840)处理器:R7-8745H,显卡:核显 屏幕:14英寸,2.8K,120Hz 电池:84Wh,重量:1.46kg优点:24G大内存,内存容量非常充足,内存频率高达LPDDR5x-7500MHz,核显性能超过独显MX570,可以低画质60帧左右玩玩吃鸡、古墓丽影、刺客信条等大型游戏。处理器是最新的AMD锐龙8000系,Zen4架构,极客模式下,功耗最高可达63W,性能释放激进。屏幕显示素质优秀,支持2.8K分辨率,120Hz刷新率,拥有600nit高亮度,显示细腻、明亮。标配1T大硬盘容量,接口丰富,不用依赖拓展坞。搭载了84Wh大电池,续航能力相对较好。缺点:上下方向键只有半高大小。Thinkbook14+锐龙版(国补价4560)处理器:R7 H 260,显卡:核显屏幕:14.5英寸,3K,120Hz电池:85Wh,重量:1.5kg优点:搭载锐龙R7 H…
