2. Usage Restrictions

CyyBot is intended solely for personal or business automation purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the software for any unlawful activities.
• Share, distribute, or resell CyyBot without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or bypass security measures.
• Use the software in a way that violates Spotify’s or any digital platform’s policies.
• Share login credentials or license keys with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the software on more computers than licenses purchased.

3. Pricing and Setup Fees

All package purchases are subject to a $50 setup fee per computer. This fee covers initial configuration and deployment of the software on each device.

4. Support Tiers

Support levels vary by package tier:

• Packages priced between $100-$300: Include access to YouTube video tutorials only. These packages do not include 24/7 customer support, live assistance, or direct technical help.
• Packages priced between $1,000-$5,000: Include comprehensive support features as specified in the package details.

Customers purchasing lower-tier packages acknowledge that support is limited to self-service video resources.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing CyyBot, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the software’s features and accept its functionality as-is.

6. License and Ownership

CyyBot is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of CyyBot. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Account Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CyyBot at any time, without prior notice or refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

8. Security and Compliance

While CyyBot is designed to operate securely and undetectably, we do not guarantee immunity from detection or policy enforcement by streaming platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with applicable rules and regulations.

9. Software Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or change any features of CyyBot at any time without prior notice. Updates may be automatic and mandatory. Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified version.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

CyyBot may collect usage data, including but not limited to device information, operating system details, and usage patterns to improve software performance and security. By using CyyBot, you consent to this data collection. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

11. Liability Disclaimer

CyyBot is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for any bans, account suspensions, or financial losses resulting from your use of the software. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with its use.

12. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyyBot, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the software or violation of these terms.

13. No Warranty or Guarantees

CyyBot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the software’s performance, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using the software.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyyBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyyBot operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

16. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of CyyBot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Severability Clause
